Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty

Every product purchased directly from our website includes a one-year limited warranty. During the first year after your order, manufacturing defects are eligible for coverage. We may provide a one-time repair or replacement of the original item in the specification originally purchased, including each component of the product. No service fee or deductible applies. Collection of the original item and delivery of its replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the duvet for the stated term of one year while located in the United States. Any express or implied warranty remains valid only while the product belongs to its original purchaser. For this policy, the original purchaser is the first customer who bought the item directly from our website.

Photos and the original proof of purchase may be requested when submitting a warranty claim so the issue can be identified and evaluated.

For limited-edition purchases, exchanges remain available only while inventory lasts because quantities are restricted. Once a limited-edition item is no longer available for exchange, customers will receive alternative options or store credit.

Warranty Coverage Details

Covered Not Covered
A physical defect in the duvet that occurs despite normal use and appropriate care. Personal preferences involving comfort, appearance or size.
Stains, burns, tears, cuts or liquid and moisture damage caused by the customer or their surroundings, including pet-related damage. When an item arrives with a stain or visible mark, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Reports received after that period may not be accepted.
Damage such as tearing or clumping of the duvet filling caused by incorrect washing, or shrinkage resulting from dryer use.
A natural reduction in the fluffiness of the duvet filling after extended use.
Any alterations or modifications made to the product.
Ordinary wear and tear caused by cleaning, laundering and regular use.

Products sold by an authorized or unauthorized retailer, or items sold as “used” or with similar wording that indicates the product is not “new.”

All third-party purchases must be handled directly with the original point of sale. We are not responsible for purchases completed outside of our website.
